Margaret Aliff

Margaret Aliff is an expert in human resource and organizational development with more than 30 years experience working with individuals, groups and organizations to create and implement change management strategies. Her education includes: BBA in accounting and economics, MBA in management and organization behavior, NTL Behavioral Science internship and UA HRD and OD internship. Margaret was a Speaker on the topic of “Effecting Change Through a Better Performance Management System” at the 14th Asian Regional Training and Development Conference sponsored by the Singapore Institute of Management. She is an expert in training design and has trained trainers and consultants in nationally advertised workshops and has been a speaker on a wide variety of leadership development and human potential topics. Margaret has been coaching managers to interpret and follow-up on their 360 degree feedback as part of organizational development and performance management projects for many years.

Ron Curtis ihas been an executive coach for over 13 years. His current clients include CEO’s, Presidents and senior managers in the oil, chemical, high tech, financial, marketing and telecommunications sectors. He has worked both nationally and internationally for many Fortune 50 companies, where he has specialized in behavior change management. His client list includes Dell, Hewlett-Packard, BMW, KPMG, Ashland Chemical, Ingersoll-Rand, Ford Motor Company, Ashland Oil, Verizon and Heineken.

Prior to full time focus on coaching, Ron held several leadership positions at IBM where he spent 25 years in human resources, organizational and leadership development.
